Rooms for meetings & events
Our nine convention rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art conference and presentation technology
and can accommodate 10 to 180 guests.
The rooms can be combined to provide space for up to 300 people to attend receptions, product presentations or other large-scale events. The rooms are accessible for those with additional access requirements.
Our FIREPLACE ROOM is located on the ground floor and perfectly suitable for workshops, meetings, receptions, wedding ceremonies, and small dinners. This room is also ideal for a cup of tea or a glass of wine by the fire at the end of the day.

The THINKBOX GERHARD MERZYN on the ground floor adjoins the FIREPLACE ROOM. Up to 12 people can find room for a workshop, a board meeting or a separate, exclusive banquet.

The MICHAEL-OTTO-SAAL is our main room for events on the ground floor for receptions, presentations and open discussions for up to 180 attendees. It is also perfectly suitable for gala dinners on round tables of up to 100 people.
Through its three large south-facing windows, it is awash with light, and from its terrace the MICHAEL-OTTOSAAL offers a picturesque view of our garden as well as our barbecue and seating area, surrounded by trees. It's a perfect setting for weddings, receptions, and other events.
The entrance hall, the vestibule, and the THINKBOX GERHARD MERZYN have a mobile bar and can be a superb addition to the Michael-Otto-Saal for your buffet or other uses.

Many of our customers prefer this seminar room and book it for Board meetings, executive meetings and strategy workshops. ERIK BLUMENFELD is located on the first floor and has its own roof terrace, where we provide parasols and lounge furniture.

The seminar room HERMAN KAHN is one of three conference rooms on the second and uppermost floor of the villa. With its high ceiling, sound-optimised architecture and accessible by lift, it provides a special atmosphere. It has its own roof terrace and is very popular in the Summertime.

Our LIBRARY is also located on the second floor and contains a good selection of books and is perfectly appropriate for smaller meetings and as an additional break-out room during larger conferences.

Covering an area of nearly 100 m2 the MAX-BÖTTCHER-SAAL in the annexe is one of our larger conference rooms. It is accessible, has south-west-facing windows, and is surrounded by a terrace.

The KARIN-FISCHER-SAAL is our largest conference room, with an area of 120m2. It has a high ceiling and large South and West-facing windows. It is surrounded by a terrace that encourages delegates to step outside. There are blinds that can block out the natural light if required, and the room can accommodate up to 135 people with various seating arrangements.
